Take A Sip, And Ask, “Are You There Vodka, Its Me Chelsea”

th I don’t know why it took me this long to read Are You There Vodka, Its Me Chelsea, but I definitely wish I would have read it sooner. Each chapter focused on a different hilarious story in comic Chelsea Handler’s life. I laughed throughout the book at Chelsea’s dry humor as she bounced from one ridiculous situation to the next. From the opening pages where she claims she would be in a movie with Goldie Hawn to tales of regifting, I was thoroughly entertained. Chelsea’s stories show that she is a driven, smart, and strong woman who isn’t afraid to laugh at herself. I knew I would enjoy this book since I enjoy her comedy, and was fortunatye to see Chelsea’s stand up act several years before she appeared on tv. This was a great “brain candy” read.
